Tears of Laughter

Did you know about this? Amazon reviews as ... I don't know what to call it ... it's kind of performance art, kind of flash mob, kind of ... genius. I discovered this phenomenon last night totally by accident when I stumbled upon this horse head mask. And read the first review.

5.0 out of 5 stars They called me crazy, but who's the giant horse now?! November 5, 2010
By R.L.R.
This mask imbues the wearer with super-human abilities. The power to make everyone around you feel akward and uncomfortable being first among them. After wearing the mask for several days my identity was consumed and replaced. There is only the horse now. Best purchase I ever made.

And then more.

5.0 out of 5 stars A little tight, but it grows on youSeptember 7, 2012

Just got it today!
I'm a big guy and the mask was pretty tight on my the first time I put it on. I had a few minutes of fun and was ready to take it off, but couldn't get it to come off. My wife got some scissors out, but they couldn't cut through it. I started to feel a lot more comfortable than I've ever been after a few hours. This is fun!

UPDATE: 1 month
I haven't taken it off yet, there hasn't really been a need. My neckbeard has entertangled with the mane of the mask. I don't think I could take it off even if I tried now. I feel like I found found my calling in life now. This is what Jesus probably felt like. My human wife left me, but there is no need for her anymore.

UPDATE: 6 months:
NEEEEEEEEGIIHH-WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHERRRERRERRERRRRRR!

And then looked at the user-uploaded photos. Oh my goodness! Behold.

There are 489 of them. Four hundred and eighty nine. So you see? It is A THING. A phenomenon. How does it start? How does it spread? Because this product -- and Twitter discussion thereof -- led to the discovery of more. Oh so freaking funny. It will make you like people for a little while. Or, if you tend to like people in general, it will not cause you to question that position.

Peruse. Read some reviews. Don't forget to check the "view and share related images". Enjoy!

Ideal for A Variety of Feminine Writing Tasks August 27, 2012
I love BIC Cristal for Her! The delicate shape and pretty pastel colors make it perfect for writing recipe cards, checks to my psychologist (I'm seeing him for a case of the hysterics), and tracking my monthly cycle. Obviously, I don't use it for vulgar endeavors like math or filling out a voter application, but BIC Cristal for Her is a lovely little writing utensil all the same. Ask your husband for some extra pocket money so you can buy one today!

And, from Amazon UK, a bit more vulgar than the rest:

People. Silly, silly people :)

Did you know about this? Know any good ones?

LOL that is too funny.

On Wednesday, a boy in my grade can into the senior cafeteria with a horse head on... we're seniors but we're so immature sometimes :D

These are hilarious! I'd seen the milk poem and a few others before, but the horse head and those lady pens... I have no words.

As a psychology nerd, I also love the Amazon mock-reviews for a (now unnecessary thanks to computers) book of random digits
here.

"Such a terrific reference work! But with so many terrific random digits, it's a shame they didn't sort them, to make it easier to find the one you're looking for."

"The book is a promising reference concept, but the execution is somewhat sloppy... at the lower left and lower right of alternate pages, the number is found to increment directly."

"weirdest sudoku book ever"

You have no idea how badly I want to buy myself one of those horse masks now. I can't believe they're only $20! That's a steal. Too bad they don't have donkey ones. I'd buy one and start calling myself 'Bottom' just for sh*ts and giggles. :P

Thanks for the laugh!

I am actually squeaking from laughing so much. Seriously. Squeaking.

Almost makes me want to go and buy a horse head to freak people out with now!
