DREAMS OF GODS & MONSTERS cover!

HERE IT IS! The cover! The cover!

I love it, and I hope you do too. Huge thanks to my awesome publisher, Little Brown, for diving into this one with such great ideas and coming up with this striking, gorgeous piece.

THANK YOU!

Hollywood Reporter debuted the cover this morning, along with a brief excerpt from the book.
Read it HERE.

Lovely day to all!

  9. Dear God, that is gorgeous! The antlers remind me of Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. I winder what the UK version will be like, it'll take a lot to beat this.

  14. Arresting, Laini! Wishing you much continued success on all your work.

I wanted to give you a heads up on the Sept. issue of Ladybug ... you've illustrated my poem (it's a reprint). Hop on over to my blog: http://www.vijayabodach.blogspot.com/2013/09/surprise-mail.html If you have not illustrated this (I couldn't think of another Laini Taylor who is also an artist) let me know and I will remove the link.

  15. It looks beautiful! So excited! I needed a book yesterday to bring on a first date (currently reading Gone With the Wind--it didn't fit in my purse!), so I grabbed Daughter of Smoke and Bone. Of course, I didn't need it--but that's just it! So if all goes well, I'm crediting Akiva and Karou. (Just hope this guy isn't a Seraph from another world! I'll take a plain old human.)
